Developing Professional Conduct & Ethical Practices Pre-License Course Overview

Zoom™ Course Criteria

• Licensees are required to take this mandatory 6-hour 0003 course approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC).
• Course consists of 6 Real-Time Interactive Zoom™ hours (6-hours 1-session)
• Pre-License Zoom™ Tuition: $77.00
• Attend via computer or mobile device that is audio/video capable. Video is required by state mandate to proctor webinar attendees. You may use a combination of phone/mobile phone/computer to provide both audio and video.
• Registration includes course materials (in digital format). Registered REEsults students are permitted to print course text for personal use only! You can also order a hard copy of course materials from a link in the registration confirmation email.

Note: You MUST be visually present at all times to receive credit for this class, as required by NREC mandate. 

Recording Verification of Attendance: REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate reserves the right to digitally record, and share with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC), all course/class sessions for attendance verification. The NREC can and may direct REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate to deny any student credit for any class where the student is not present 100% of the required class time.

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing Laws, Ethical Practices, and Professional Conduct expected of a real estate professional. Participants will be actively involved in real-world case studies, as well as group discussions regarding ethics issues.
