This course contains information for reciprocal licensing that is specific to the state of Nebraska and covers aspects of Nebraska real estate license law and laws and rules governing agency relationships.

While this course is designed specifically to meet the Nebraska requirements for reciprocal licensing recognition, it is also useful to current licensees looking to increase their awareness of the license law.

• List the required duties of licensees in a transaction
• Summarize agency and what it means to all parties involved in a transaction
