Real Estate Practice #7000 Course Overview

Requirements for Classroom/Zoom™ Course Attendance

• Each course consists of 12 hours (2 sessions of 6 hours each).
• Participants can attend via Zoom™ using a computer or audio/video-enabled mobile device.
• Audio and video communication can be facilitated through a combination of phone, mobile phone, or computer.

Registration covers course materials provided in digital form. Enrolled REEsults students are allowed to print the course content strictly for personal use. Additionally, a physical copy of the materials can be requested through a link in the registration confirmation email.

Note: You MUST be visually present at all times to receive credit for this class, as required by NREC mandate. 

Recording Verification of Attendance: REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate reserves the right to digitally record, and share with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC), all course/class sessions for attendance verification. The NREC can and may direct REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate to deny any student credit for any class where the student is not present 100% of the required class time.

Note: Licensees are required to fulfill all course requirements within 180 days of activating your Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license. If you completed the course before activating your license with a broker, the NREC won't be able to track your submission. Therefore, it is essential to send a copy of your completed certificate to the NREC within 180 days of activating your license with a broker. 12 Post-License Credit Hours
(12-hours 2-sessions 6-hours each)

Salesperson and Broker licensees in the state of Nebraska must complete the NE 7000 course within 180 days of licensure to avoid being placed on inactive status.

This course is ARELLO Certified and approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission as course NE 7000 - Real Estate Practice.
