Real Estate Finance #0042R Course Overview

Classroom/Zoom™ Course Criteria

• Note: Licensees are only required to take (2) two of the following (3) three 30-hour Pre-License classes, plus the mandatory 6-hour 0003 ethics course. (66-hours total)
• All courses are approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission
• Each course consists of 33.75 classroom/Zoom™ hours (divided into 9-sessions)
• Pre-License Classroom/Zoom™ Tuition: $267.00
• Attend via computer or mobile device that is audio/video capable. Video is required by state mandate to proctor virtual (Zoom™) attendees. You may use a combination of phone/mobile phone/computer to provide both audio and video.
• Registration includes course materials (in digital format). Registered REEsults students are permitted to print course text for personal use only! You can also order a hard copy of course materials from a link in the registration confirmation email.

Note: You MUST be visually present at all times to receive credit for this class, as required by NREC mandate.

9-Classroom/Zoom™ Sessions

This course covers the financial elements of real estate transactions and representation for buyers and sellers. This comprehensive study encompasses the various types, sources, and roles of real estate finance, including the critical examination and oversight of financial resources.

Recording Verification of Attendance: REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate reserves the right to digitally record, and share with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC), all course/class sessions for attendance verification. The NREC can and may direct REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate to deny any student credit for any class where the student is not present 100% of the required class time.
