Designated Broker #6000 Course Overview

Requirements for Classroom/Zoom™ Course Attendance

This course covers the required criteria for new Designated Brokers, including trust accounts, business planning, ethics, and risk.
 

• Each course consists of 12 hours (4-sessions, 3-hours each). $45 for each session.
• Participants can attend via Zoom™ using a computer or audio/video-enabled mobile device.
• Audio and video communication can be facilitated through a combination of phone, mobile phone, or computer.

Note: You MUST be visually present at all times to receive credit for this class, as required by NREC mandate. 

Recording Verification of Attendance: REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate reserves the right to digitally record, and share with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC), all course/class sessions for attendance verification. The NREC can and may direct REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate to deny any student credit for any class where the student is not present 100% of the required class time.

Note: Licensees are required to fulfill all course requirements within 180 days of activating your Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license. If you completed the course before activating your license with a broker, the NREC won't be able to track your submission. Therefore, it is essential to send a copy of your completed certificate to the NREC within 180 days of activating your license with a broker. • Real Estate Business Planning 101 6000
• Ethics Training 6000
• Risky Business Practices 6000

This course is designed to meet the requirements established by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and is mandatory for all Designated Broker Candidates prior to being approved as a Designated Broker in the State of Nebraska.
